Student Support and Enrollment Information
At 12 Stones Christian Microschool, we are committed to providing a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment for all students. Our admissions process requires a complete review of each student’s educational records, current needs, and the level of support required for success in our program.
Due to current staffing, resources, and program capacity, we are unable to enroll students whose educational or support needs exceed the services and accommodations available through our current instructional model.
Please note that medical documentation or a statement from a medical provider indicating that a student may participate in a school setting does not by itself determine enrollment eligibility. Enrollment decisions are based on the complete review of academic records, evaluations, support requirements, and whether 12 Stones Christian Microschool can appropriately provide the necessary educational environment and resources.

2. Schedule a Family Tour. Tours are provided for prospective families who would like to learn more about 12 Stones Christian Academy, visit the campus, and experience our Christ-centered learning environment firsthand.
12 Stones Christian Admissions Requirements for the
2027-2028 School Year
Kindergarten Enrollment Requirements
Students entering the Kindergarten cohort must be 6 years of age by July 1st to begin classes on the first day of school, Monday, July 26th 2027.
Grade 1–5 Enrollment Requirements
Students applying for grades 1st - 5th must submit the following academic records:
- Previous report cards (from the previous 2 school years)
- Standardized test scores (from the porevious 2 school years)
- Academic transcripts (from the previous two years)
- Three letters of recommendation:
- One letter must be from a current pastor who is familiar with your family, faith journey, and involvement in the community.
- Additional letters should speak to the student’s character, academic readiness, and personal growth from a former teacher,administrator or verifiable community leader.
- Additional references should speak to the families faith walk especially the observed parenting styles to ensure that the family’s vision of Christian ediucation aligns with the Christian vision of 12 Stones.
Admissions Decision Timeline
Families will be notified of their admissions status within four weeks after 12 Stones Microschool receives all required documentation.
Once a student has been accepted, the family will receive an admissions packet containing enrollment information and a link to submit the required documentation along with the non-refundable enrollment deposit of $250.00 required to secure placement for the upcoming school year.

- Applications Open: January 4, 2027
- Scholarship Applications Open: February 1, 2027
Families seeking financial assistance to help satisfy tuition obligations may apply for scholarships beginning February 1, 2027.
